Cardinal North is looking for experienced FSRs to support unmanned surface vessel operations — from build and integration to Maryland, to testing in Key West, to a multi-month deployment. If you’ve been on the water and know what that actually means, read on.

What you’ll do.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembly, integration, and prep of USV craft and support equipment
System testing, troubleshooting, and validation prior to deployment
Launch and recovery operations from shore and/or vessel
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs in the field
Mission execution per SOPs and COLREGS
Control system operation and monitoring
Equipment packaging, transport, and logistics (land, sea, air)
Tool, spares, and documentation management in field environments
Emergency recovery operations as required
REQUIRED
Security clearance eligible
Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
Mercury outboard experience or cert
Marine systems experience
High-tempo environment capable
Extended deployment ready
Valid passport
PREFERRED
USV/UAV experience
USCG Merchant Mariner Credential
Small vessel ops / towing / rigging
Military or defense contract background
